Inauguration Day 2021

as you all know politics is hard - ive seen what politics on a small level does to a rural native reservation community - it was never pretty and someone always got hurt. its a hard thing to discuss or talk about because passions runs high and for some the stakes are even higher.
i get it - at some level i don’t trust any politician, maybe at some point in their career they wanted to help - do the right thing. but, somewhere down the line they lost their way and now a lie or empty promise is just a common as getting your morning coffee and they don’t even notice the difference.

look all kingdoms turn to dust - but im not ready for ours to, so i have to hope there is some good left in world of politics, hope we can keep striving and moving forward by learning from our mistakes and trying new things. it ain’t perfect here but its what we got - so lets stop wishing and start working to make it better than we found it.
so…
lets put our hands together and raise our glasses to 46 and the first woman vice in the history of our country.
