shipping updates:
USPS (general info)
excluding slingshots n’ heartbreak (ssxhb) orders - all nooligan items such as prints, pack of smokes, orphan paper, etc. go out via united states postal service (usps) - due to covid-19 they seem to be suffering more delays than normal.
though they have their many issues, i have to say i have lost very - very few packages with them - they sometimes seem to take longer than they should and on numerous instants have damaged a number of packages, sometimes deliver to the wrong spots - but few actually lost. in comparison to how many items i ship on a monthly basis we are in good hands.
if the delays and issues keep growing i will look into another service.
lastly, please rest assured i personally will make any issues right when it comes to usps. i really do appreciate your patience and understanding.
rumluck: all on the way
due to the weight of the book(s) all orders had to go out via “media mail” service - which takes a bit longer if you are one of the few still awaiting your book - it should make its your way soon.
rumluck shirts have been processed through (ssxhb) and will be following your pre-order.
pre-commissions: wcon pre-orders shipped
curio tix: (april) - redeemed curio tix to date have been shipped or been processed this week
ghost - shipped out this week
orphan paper - ships by the end of the week / early next
ol’ man n’ the moon: (may the 4th) - shipping next week
ssxhb - combined orders of smiles mask / mugs / tees / etc. sometimes ship out separately - be assured your order is on the way and will either follow your tee order or follow your mask order etc.
we, like most small businesses, are suffering from delays due to the times - we and our service providers are working hard to get your orders out to you as soon as possible.
rest assured we will take care of any issues promptly.
please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns @ info@nooligan.com or slingshots n’ heartbreak @ info@ssxhb.co
& thank you all for you patience and ongoing support - stay lucky and be safe out there.
