yes, you are correct. we had a bit of an issue with this mornings drop. there was a system settings error that caused all “domestic” orders to automatically been given “international” shipping charges. we have made some inquires and believed to have fixed the error - we shouldn’t have this issue going forward. those of you effected by the error have been reimbursed the extra charges, please accept our apologies for any issues or confusion this may have caused.
side note: if this sort of thing pops up again - it’s definitely an error and will be handled in a timely manner. huge thanks to those of you that reached out and shared the info with “the post”.

USPS (general info)
excluding slingshots n’ heartbreak (ssxhb) orders - all nooligan items such as prints, pack of smokes, orphan paper, etc. go out via united states postal service (usps) - due to covid-19 they seem to be suffering more delays than normal.
though they have their many issues, i have to say i have lost very - very few packages with them - they sometimes seem to take longer than they should and on numerous instants have damaged a number of packages, sometimes deliver to the wrong spots - but few actually lost. in comparison to how many items i ship on a monthly basis we are in good hands.
if the delays and issues keep growing i will look into another service.
lastly, please rest assured i personally will make any issues right when it comes to usps. i really do appreciate your patience and understanding.
